(Deutsch) Definition of the Baffling

Purpose of internal parts

Why use baffles?

The main function of baffles is to convert the tangential flow produced by the rotation of the agitator, and thus of the reactor contents, into an axial flow as well as prevent the formation of fluid spouts to the greatest possible extent. This is the only way to achieve the desired flow patterns and mixing effects in the reactor.
